We love to drink (cough), but what we really love is to drink healthy water that helps with our digestion and keep our body healthy! Here’s a simple recipe you can try at home!
- 5 mint leaves
- 3-4 slices of orange
- 3 slices of lemon
- 3 slices of cucumber
- 750ml of cold water
First, cut your ingredients, then put them all in your water bottle, or a pitch if you’re having a party or something else, then you add in the mint leaves as the final touch. Finally, add in the water and your detox drink is complete!
You can even add some honey into the mix for a sweet touch. But remember to try and change the ingredients every 24 hours as they will lose their nutrients and vitamins past that point.
